Our cooking classes give the chance to learn about the traditional Tuscan cuisine and the simplicity of home cooking. The use and the knowledge of seasonal, healthy and genuine products are at the bottom of healthy and tasty dishes. Upon your return home, you will be able to organize typical Tuscan dinners to share with your friends and families. We will share with you the philosophy of eating in a simple, tasty and healthy way. The recipes that we will teach you come from family tradition handed down from generation to generation and from the book “Ricette della cucina Toscana” written by Paolo Petroni, president of the Italian Cuisine Accademy. We will tackle especially the most traditional dishes of the “Mugello” and the “Montagna Fiorentina” area. All participants will receive a written recipe (Italian/English) and will prepare together with us the dishes that we will then taste at dinner. The menu will be chosen depending on the umber of participants and the season to give us the chance to use fresh local products.
